Report on levels of inspection for building standards published

The Optimal Economics report on the level of site inspection and other 'Reasonable Inquiry' which is carried out by Scottish building standards authorities was published by client the Building Standards Division of the Scottish Government on the 4th April 2011.  Liz Shiel  co - authored the report with Optimal.
