Streamlining Scottish Planning Policy - First Reactions

Liz Shiel and Nicola Hudson are currently anaylsing the responses to the consultation on the new Scottish Planning Policy.       SPP involves a radical streamlining of  the presentation of planning policies from 17 different documents to a single document.  We are analysing the content of the 200 responses the Scottish Government received in response to the consultation document.
